Healing from adversity can feel scary, unfamiliar, and daunting. In my therapy practice, I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive space for individuals to heal and grow. Oftentimes, when we experience trauma and other life changes, we develop coping skills that aid in our survival, but that may presently pose barriers. In embarking on this journey to healing and breaking difficult patterns, we can work together to help you develop self-compassion, improve relationships, and transform your pain into power.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with individuals and couples ages 18+. I specialize in complex trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, dissociation, chronic pain, LGBTQ+ identity, and reproductive health concerns. I am intensely trained in EMDR, and I hold additional training in DBT, Gottman Method, Perinatal Mood Disorders, somatic techniques, and Progressive Counting.
I believe that every client is the expert of their own experiences, and it is a privilege to work with every client and to hear their unique stories. With compassion, humor, and an open mind, I would be honored to support you on your pursuit of healing.
Insurances accepted: Fidelis, Aetna, and Univera Healthcare. Please contact me for Private Pay rates.
