The road to relief starts with a safe space to heal. Beginning the process of change can be daunting, and the weight of the past can feel heavy; I am here to meet you where you are at. The problems that brought you to this page don’t define you, although they may feel all consuming. To survive our pain, we develop coping mechanisms that end up causing us inner and outer turmoil. With our work, you will gain a greater awareness and compassion for yourself, while learning skills to break patterns that no longer serve you. Being with your pain takes courage. Although vulnerability can be scary, it is the key to unlocking more freedom.

I am a licensed social worker who has experience in working with teens and adults with a history of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship difficulties. My training comes from a trauma-informed care perspective, and my practice theory is person centered. My goal is to cater therapy to individual needs in a safe, non-judgmental space.

I utilize modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). With these techniques, we can heal the parts of yourself that have been burdened by the pains of life. With curiosity, compassion, and humor, we will build a relationship that nurtures growth. It’s my honor to walk this road with you.
