Healing from trauma can feel overwhelming, especially when it seems like you’re carrying pain that wasn’t your fault. Part of this process often includes grief, grieving the love, safety, and experiences you may never have received but deeply needed. Many of the struggles we carry don’t just come from our own experiences, but from those passed down through generations. Together, we can gently unburden these inherited wounds, honoring where they came from while creating freedom to live differently. I believe that while you didn’t choose your wounds, you do have the power to choose healing and in that choice lies your strength. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, you can reclaim your life, your voice, and your sense of self.

My role is to walk beside you in this process, providing a safe and supportive space where your story is honored and your resilience can shine through.

I specialize in working with PTSD, complex trauma (CPTSD), grief, anxiety, dissociation, generational trauma, intimate relationship conflicts, attachment wounds, and mood disorders. My approach weaves together EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema-Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT-Lite) to support both deep healing and practical coping skills. These methods allow us to process painful memories, foster self-compassion, and build tools for lasting change.
